Will I receive an order confirmation via email?
If you provide your email address during order processing, we will send you a message confirming your order within 24 hours of placement.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept credit card payments from Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept PayPal, cashier’s checks and wire transfers. You can also use Bill Me Later with your PayPal account.
Do you charge sales tax?
Luxey Little Ones only charges sales tax on applicable orders shipped to a Pennsylvania.
When will I be charged for my order?
Due to the custom nature of many of our products, we charge at the time your order is placed.

What shipping options are available?
Luxey Little Ones uses FedEx and USPS to ship most items. Oversized items, such as large furniture pieces, require extra care in shipping and are handled by a White Glove Delivery Service. Please click here to read more about these delivery options.
Can I ship a large furniture item to a shipping address outside of the 48 contiguous United States?
We ship nationwide with the exception of large furniture items. To read more about nationwide shipping, please click here.
Order Status
What is the status of my order?
US Order Status
Your order becomes available for status-tracking 24 hours after it is placed. You can track your order status online by visiting the Order Status section on the Customer Care page of our site. You will need your order number and email address.
You can also call us at (215) 579-0402 during our normal business hours and we would be happy to check your order status for you.
International Orders
We unfortunately only sell and ship to US. We are actively pursuing reaching out to our neighboring countries.
How will I know how much my order will cost?
When an order is placed for shipment outside the 48 contiguous states, we will contact you via e-mail if the actual shipping fee is different than what is quoted at checkout. If you receive such notice, your approval is required before the order is processed.

Furniture
How is furniture delivered?
Oversized items, such as large furniture pieces, require extra care in shipping and are handled by a White Glove Delivery Service. When placing an order for a large item, you will see that White Glove Delivery is the standard delivery service.
Why is there a Delivery Surcharge for some items?
Some larger items, such as heavy furniture pieces, are shipped via Freight and have a handling fee associated with them. This handling fee is referred to as a Delivery Surcharge and is clearly stated on the product pages for such items.
10% of furniture total will be calculated at time of checkout to secure White Glove Delivery. The Entire deposit will then be applied to your full White Glove Delivery Service Fee. Customers will receive their exact White Glove Service Fee amount within 3 business days. Please note: White Glove Service fees are subject to vary by distance and location, therefore, the fee amount will be modified to each individual order.
